Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources Announcement on the Launch of Chongqing Real Estate Registration and Cadastral Surveying and Mapping Complaint Hotline Service
大中小To further smooth the complaint channel of real estate registration and cadastral surveying and mapping, and to ensure fair, law-based, efficient and standardized handling of complaints or suggestions concerning real estate registration and casdastral surveying and mapping, this Announcement is hereby promulgated on relevant matters:
Starting from the date of this Announcement, if any enterprise or individual becomes aware of any nonstandard operation, impoliteness in service on the part of real estate registration staffin handling the real estate registration or cadastral surveying and mapping, such enterprise or individual may lodge a complaint via an exclusive hotline for real estate registration and cadastral surveying and mapping complaints. The hotline is operated by Chongqing Real Estate Association, which shall handle all complaints and suggestions related to real estate registration and cadastral surveying and mapping, and provide a reply to each complaint or suggestion within 5 working days after receipt thereof.
